AOTCA President Ruston visits JFCPTAA in Tokyo

On 4 April 2026, AOTCA President Dr. Ruston Tambunan visited the head office of AOTCA located in Japan Federation of Certified Public Tax Accountants’ Associations (JFCPTAA) in Tokyo to meet with the AOTCA officers and the executives of JFCPTAA.

Following a welcome address by JFCPTAA President Mr. Naoki Ota and Vice President Mr. Hideaki Ozaki, the meeting discussed mainly update on incorporated AOTCA and its future activities.

AOTCA Secretary General Mr. Yasuhiro Suzuki explained the development in incorporation of AOTCA and reported that the whole legal procedures including the registration of changes in directors and auditors, have been completed.

President Ruston expressed his gratitude for JFCPTAA's efforts to date regarding the incorporation of AOTCA. 

The meeting exchanged views on matters such as the authorities of committees for carrying their activities, and the provisions concerning the appointment of officers including the interpretation of relevant articles and their implementation. 

The officers in charge of international relations at JFCPTAA, Ms. Yoko Toi, Senior Executive Director and Mr. Akihito Watanabe, Vice Chair of the International Relations Dept also attended this meeting.
