Nepal Chamber of Tax Consultants (NCTC) is an association of tax professionals of Nepal and is incorporated on July 18, 2018 pursuant to Nepal Companies Act 2006 as a Company not distributing profit. Since August 30, 2018 NCTC is affiliated to Social Welfare Council of Nepal pursuant to Nepal Social Welfare Act 1992, hence NCTC is tax exempt organization under Income tax Act 2007.

The members of NCTC are mostly Chartered accountants, tax lawyers (members of Nepal Bar Association) and CFOs of different corporate houses.
