Indonesian Tax Consultants Association

The Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (ITCA) was established on 27 August 1965. The vision of the organisation is to bring up the ITCA as a world-class tax consultants association. With a role as an intermediary between the tax authority and the taxpayers, ITCA stands independently but continues to keep maintaining a good relationship with the Directorate General of Tax and the taxpayers. The role of ITCA's members to support all the programs of the government in taxation is highly essential and required.

Over the years, ITCA has been well recognized by the government and society. ITCA has around 4.800 certified and licensed members throughout Indonesia. On the international level, ITCA has been a member of the Asia Oceania Tax Consultants Association (AOTCA) since 2002 and hosted the AOTCA Meeting and International Tax Conference in 2011 and 2020. ITCA has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance friendship and cooperation in exchange of information with the Japan Federation of Certified Public Tax Accountants (JF CPTA) and Korean Association of Certified Public Tax Accountants (KACPTA).

ITCA is governed under the Regulation of Minister of Finance Number 111/PMK.03/2014 regarding Tax Consultants. As an association of tax professionals, ITCA continues providing tax training and seminars to keep members with updates in taxation, both domestic and international.
